Representatives of Boshnjakovski Law Office, Mr. Vladimir Boshnjakovski and Mr. Alberto Grozdanov, recently visited Croatia and Slovenia with the aim of strengthening ties with the Macedonian diaspora and developing closer cooperation with Macedonian institutions and community organizations abroad.
Meetings with the Macedonian Embassies
During the visit, Mr. Boshnjakovski and Mr. Grozdanov met with representatives of the Embassies of the Republic of North Macedonia in Zagreb and Ljubljana.
The meetings provided an opportunity to discuss issues affecting Macedonian citizens and members of the diaspora living abroad, as well as possibilities for closer cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

The visit coincided with the celebration of Saints Cyril and Methodius Day, giving it particular cultural and symbolic significance.
In Zagreb, we attended the Holy Liturgy at the Church of St. Zlata of Meglen. The occasion was especially meaningful as it also marked the second anniversary of the opening of the church.
We also attended the Holy Liturgy at the Macedonian Orthodox Church in Ljubljana, together with members of the local Macedonian community.
These gatherings offered an opportunity to meet Macedonians living in Croatia and Slovenia and to experience firsthand the important role that religious and cultural institutions play in preserving community ties, traditions, and connections with North Macedonia.
Meetings with Macedonian Communities in Croatia and Slovenia
During the visit, meetings were also held with Macedonian cultural associations and community representatives in Zagreb, Ljubljana, and Kranj.
The discussions focused on the experiences of Macedonians living abroad, the challenges they face in maintaining legal and administrative ties with North Macedonia, and opportunities for improving cooperation between the diaspora and institutions in the country.
