Labor and Employment

Our office in Skopje offers legal services in the field Employment and Labor law in Republic of North Macedonia. We cover all aspects of statutory and internal regulation of employment in Macedonia from the pre-employment phase up to the end of the employment relationship.

Our services cover non-contentious matters such as management and employment contracts, systematization documentation, workforce management, compensation and motivation structures, transfer of employees, immigration and cross-border posting of employees, in-house training of HR sector employees in Skopje or other cities and other non-contentious employment consultations.

As labor lawyers, we support and represent both employers and employees, in cases of downsizing and closure of operations, negotiations (including with trade unions) terminations of employment agreements, protection of transferring know-how and data and breach of labor related regulation.
