Ivan Todorovski is an Attorney-at-Law at Law Office Boshnjakovski, where he has been practicing since 2026.
He advises domestic and international clients on corporate and commercial law, immigration, employment, regulatory matters, and cross-border business issues. His work is focused on providing practical and commercially oriented legal advice to companies, entrepreneurs, foreign investors, international professionals, and families establishing or expanding their presence in North Macedonia.
His corporate practice includes company incorporations, corporate structuring, commercial contracts, corporate governance, legal due diligence, regulatory compliance, employment law, commercial litigation, and foreign investment matters. He regularly assists clients across various industries, including construction, retail, and real estate, from market entry and corporate establishment to ongoing legal and commercial operations.
A significant part of his work is dedicated to immigration and relocation matters. He assists clients with residence and work permits, family reunification, company-based immigration structures, investor immigration, citizenship matters, and related legal issues connected to living, working, and doing business in North Macedonia.
Before joining Law Office Boshnjakovski, Ivan gained experience in both the professional services and legal sectors. He began his career at EY as a Junior Consultant, advising clients on tax advisory and People Advisory Services matters, including corporate taxation, workforce mobility, regulatory compliance, and business advisory. He later practiced as an Associate Attorney-at-Law at a leading law firm, advising clients on corporate and commercial matters.
His multidisciplinary background enables him to combine legal analysis with an understanding of tax, business, and operational considerations.
He works fluently in Macedonian, English, and Serbian.
