Biography

Alberto Grozdanov is an attorney-at-law and partner at Boshnjakovski Law Office since 2023.

He advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of legal matters, with a practice particularly focused on immigration law, family law, and related cross-border legal issues.

A substantial part of his practice is dedicated to advising foreign entrepreneurs, international professionals, and families seeking to establish long-term residence or business operations in North Macedonia. He regularly assists clients with residence and work permits, family reunification procedures, company-based immigration structures, relocation processes, and broader legal matters connected to living and doing business in the country.

Today, he advises international clients—including investors, multinational companies, and growth-oriented businesses—on mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, corporate structuring, litigation, and regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on technology-driven industries and cross-border operations.

He maintains a strong engagement with the Macedonian diaspora, advising on citizenship, inheritance, property, and business structuring, effectively bridging legal systems across jurisdictions.

Alberto Grozdanov holds a Bachelor of Laws (2012) and a Master of Laws (2014) from the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus” at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. He was admitted to the Bar in 2020 and is a licensed attorney-at-law registered with the Macedonian Bar Association.

He works fluently in Macedonian and English.
